1.Website Usage

‑ All website content including product images, texts, specifications, diagrams, logos and factory footage are intellectual property of DASQI. No reproduction, republication or commercial redistribution is permitted without our prior written authorization.
‑ All product parameters, monthly capacity figures and capability statements are for reference only; they do not constitute legal offer. Binding specifications shall be set out in formal commercial quotation documents.

2.ODM Project Remarks
‑ Statements such as 800,000‑unit‑per‑month capacity, 43,000+ golf‑course database, in‑house firmware algorithms and IP‑transfer upon final payment describe our general capabilities. Actual NRE cost, tooling ownership, delivery timeline and certification obligations are governed solely by signed commercial contracts and NDAs, not website content.
‑ Mentioned certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS, UKCA, TELEC, KC) represent our supported capability. Responsibility and cost for product certification shall be defined in formal ODM / OEM contracts.

3.Third‑party Links

4.User‑submitted Content
By submitting project briefs or materials via web forms or emails, you warrant your submission does not infringe third‑party intellectual‑property rights. You grant DASQI a non‑exclusive license to evaluate your ODM request; we will not publish your confidential concepts without consent.
